Henry Butcher (HB)

Henry Butcher Malaysia (Mont Kiara) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “HBMK”) has been appointed to manage AI2 since February 28th, 2011 when the Management Corporation was formed. The Management team with support from the headquarters works well with the Committee Members. This positive rapport has resulted in effective management and operations of AI2 for the past many years. 

HBMK a registered property manager under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Manager (BOVAEP), was originally in operation under the facilities and asset management division of Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a company dedicated to world-class real estate and plant and machinery consultancy services since 1987.

Our operational services focus on aspects such as maintenance issues including addressing leakages, repairs; taking care of the condo finances; documentation; liaising with municipality institutions, monitoring overcrowding issues, when happening, liaising with and organising security and preparing yearly AGMs. 

With the esteemed guidance of the Directors of Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Mr. Lim Eng Chong and Mr. Long Tian Chek, the founder of HBMK, Mr. Low Hon Keong, together with his experienced operation team are confident to deliver property management services.

Collaboration MC and Henry Butcher

The MC works very closely with Henry Butcher and has several service providers (such as security) of many years standing. MC meetings are held monthly with more regular “sub-team” meetings on specific subjects as required. Security and a pro-active maintenance philosophy are the foundation of the team and this is recognised by strong support from the owners, helped by frequent communication and emails.
